Title: Executive Director of Crenshaw County Recreational Complex and RV Park

External contacts: League Representatives, School Representatives, and the General Public
Job Summary
The Park Director is responsible for recruiting, organizing, and implementing all sporting and special events; managing staff and volunteers (recruitment, supervision, and engagement); managing community and school partnerships and collaborations; and managing RV Park including bookings and facility management. The Park Director must relate well to youth and teens as well as adults, creating a welcoming atmosphere where youth and families can thrive. In addition, the Park Director must project a strong sense of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. . Crenshaw County recommends CPR and First Aid training certifications.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Requirements
Must possess a valid Alabama driver’s license, complete a background check and submit to a drug screen and physical.

Salary
Competitive Salary based upon qualifications and experience. Benefits, including, but not limited to, health insurance and Alabama State retirement.
