Full-TimePostion Overview
The employee appraises and fixes value on all residential, commercial, industrial and rural properties in the county. Measures and lists all new construction. Supervises, assigns and reviews work of office personnel. Plans and organizes time schedules, collection of data and field reviews to be conducted, data to be entered into the CAMA system, and other various activities. Interviews applicants, assists in hiring new employees, and conducts performance evaluations. Other duties may be assigned.
Education Requirements
Associate's degreeSkill, Certification & Experience Requirements
- Customer service/public contact experience
- Managerial or supervisory experience
- Property appraisal or mapping experience
- Skilled in use of communications technology or databases
