Postion Overview

Responsibilities:

– Prepare food in compliance with all applicable food preparation regulations and guidelines

– Maintain high standards of quality food production, nutrition, and portion control

– Maintain proper sanitation and safety on food preparation areas

– Maintain a clean cooking area and assist with cleaning kitchen equipment andkitchen

– Perform other kitchen related duties assigned by the Supervisor
