Equipment Operator II with CDL

Postion Overview

Under immediate supervision, operates all types of road construction equipment, hand tools and power tools. Clears right-of-way, cleans ditches, loads trucks, fills and back fills as required. Performs pre-operation maintenance check of equipment for proper operation of all safety equipment. Performs related construction activities as directed.

Education Requirements

GED or high school diploma

Skill, Certification & Experience Requirements

• Automotive mechanic experience
• Heavy equipment operation experience
