Under the administrative direction of the Jail Administrator, the employee is responsible for providing, administering, coordinating, directing and evaluating health care services at the Tallapoosa County jail facilities. Provides health screening, administers prescribed and over the counter medication and assists visiting jail physician as required.
Education Requirements
GED or high school diplomaSkill, Certification & Experience Requirements
- Ability to perform or make decisions in high-stress situations/environments
- Data or recordkeeping experience
- Human resources/personnel administration experience
- Managerial or supervisory experience
- Skilled in use of communications technology or databases
